ANTI-SPAM POLICY

Flume AI Inc. ("Flume," "we," "us," or "our") prohibits advertising the tryflume.ai web site through unsolicited bulk email.

1. We do not include links to or mentions of tryflume.ai in unsolicited bulk email, and we do not permit any employee, contractor, or partner acting on our behalf to do so.
2. Bulk email campaigns that reference tryflume.ai are sent only to recipients who have an existing business relationship with Flume or who have requested information from us.
3. All commercial email sent by Flume complies with the CAN-SPAM Act: truthful headers and subject lines, clear identification of Flume as the sender, a functioning opt-out mechanism honored promptly, and our physical postal address.
4. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and permanently.
5. Flume has no affiliate or reseller program. Any third party advertising tryflume.ai through unsolicited email is acting without our authorization, and we will terminate any relationship with a party that violates this policy.
6. To report unsolicited email referencing tryflume.ai, contact hello@tryflume.ai. Reports are investigated promptly.
